At the time of your booking, we request that you supply an electronic address which could be either an email address or mobile phone number which will allow us to share the following written confirmation of your contract fare.
- Your name
- The Date & Time of your booking
- The estimated or quoted fare including the tariff, extras, surcharges and fees, inclusive of GST where applicable
- The driver's name and vehicle registration once assigned
- The pickup and drop off address of your journey
